Pantomine (School Tour 2000-2001)

Aladdin By Maeve (4th Class)
Aladdin was a little boy who lived in China with his mother ,Wishie Washie. China was ruled by a King who had a beautiful daughter. One day as Aladdin was playing on the street he met a man who said he was his uncle, but he was really an evil magician.

He asked him to go into a cave get him a magic lamp and in return he would give Aladdin his ring. Aladdin crept down into the cave which was full of treasures. He filled his pockets with treasures and then grabbed the lamp.
The magician ordered him to give him the lamp. Aladdin refused and said he would give it to him when he helped him out. The magician would not and left him there. Aladdin clasped his hands in distress and, as he did so, he rubbed the lamp.

All of a sudden a genie appeared. Aladdin asked to go home and in a flash of light he was in his own home. He told his mother about his adventures and showed her the lamp. His mother rubbed it and another genie appeared. They asked for many riches and a new house.
The next day he saw the princess and fell deeply in love with her. Taking many valuables he asked to marry her and the king agreed. One day soon after the wedding the evil magician stole the lamp, the princess and Aladdin's house.

Later Aladdin found out he had travelled to Africa. On reaching them the princess was overjoyed to see him. He took the lamp and wished to return to China with his belongings and live happily ever after. As for the evil magician he was left in Africa.
